I have gone to this location three times now and every time has been a wonderful experience. Went in last year to get my phone screen fixed and the turn around was only a few hours! The second time was for a new case for my phone and they answered every question I had with ease and knowledge. The most recent experience was just two three days ago. Due to a storm, my PlayStation 5 was not turning on. Made a claim, dropped it off, they sent it off to their specialists and it was returned and fixed ONE DAY LATER! The turn around was insane and it came back to me packaged very securely and safely.

Huge shout out to Luke, he has helped me two of the times I have had to go to this location and he is always very friendly, knowledgeable and even went above and beyond by calling their company to confirm some info for me. He even called me a few times to update me on the process and fill me in even when he could have just waited till I got the automated emails.

Will always choose to go here for anything I need.

I dropped off my PlayStation 5 because it was not turning on, and in two days I got an email saying that I was getting a new ps5 since I filed a claim with Home+. I ended up getting a Slim model in the mail instead, which I am in love with more than my original! These guys are the best, and even after three years, I still don’t plan on giving up Home+ anytime soon!

I called in before I showed up (I was an hour away) to make sure there was enough time and they told me to bring it in and they could get it fixed before they closed. The screen was fixed quickly and professionally. Could not have been more happy! I used Asurion phone insurance to take care of the cost and they pulled my claim up on their system hassle free.
