this business actually answered me back by text when i called before the store was opened. I dealt with Alex who was very kind and professional. He fixed my charging port on my laptop in no time at all at a very reasonable price. I appreciated the fact that I did not have to go days without being able to use my equipment. I had it back in a couple of hours. he called to explain what he did and again took the time to educate me on the problems he found when I came back to pick it up. Neeeded to replace the screen on an older iPhone. The Apple Store couldn’t/wouldn’t do this service. I took it to ProRepair and in less than in hour the phone was working again.
