Update 12/13/2023: I’m making up for my super short review previously. I came in again just to check on a thumb drive that I thought was corrupted since it wouldn’t open and Troy was so helpful with my issue and so friendly and knowledgeable. Always goes the extra mile and he’s going to research items for effective computing I asked him to help me on. He’s super! I’m afraid too many people will wanna see him and he won’t have time for me and my small business LOL But gotta give credit where credit is due! And while he’s been called “Trey”, “Travis”, “Trevor”, “Young Gentleman”, “Young Man”, his name is TROY 🙂

I had a great experience being a first time customer. Great communication and great timely matter on the repair completion. The pricing was convenient and appropriate for the labor. I brought a PS4 in, to receive a HDMI port major repair. My repair was successful and of great quality. There was much reassurance on my PS4 if any Further issues beyond the current repair occurred. Also I received technical knowledge to further aid my PS4 repair. Thank you for great service and a confident repair and great customer service. I will be returning ASAP for other electronic repairs.

Honestly, I was prepared to buy another phone when I saw the phone repair shop and thought that I would try it first and I am so glad that I did. In less than 30 minutes the gentleman fixed my phone and wasn’t going to charge me for it either but I reminded him that he has bills to pay too. It really is an awesome place to go for broken phones.
