I spilled coffee on my laptop yesterday and it shut off immediately. Obviously I started freaking out because I needed it for school. I reached out to Apple about getting it repaired and they quoted me $800. I was like no way…might as well get a new laptop. I started searching and found this shop! I brought my laptop in around noon, paid a diagnostic fee (that applies to your repair IF they get it to work) and picked it up same day before 3pm. They were nice and professional. I’d recommend this place to anyone and would use them again if needed! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR REPAIRING MY LIQUID DAMAGE LAPTOP TO FULL HEALTH. I’m sure others will come here looking for pricing. They gave me a ballpark $250-400 when I called and I ended up paying $300. There are no discounts unfortunately but at the end of the day this was way more affordable and timely then Apple. ALSO you get a 6 month warranty with them included.

i REALLY need someone to contact me. i was told today, by an IPC Repair employee at the kirby location that the westheimer location closed last year. i left my old mac book there last year and was never called about the business closure or to pick it up ! I AM LOOKING FOR MY MACBOOK, can someone please contact me !! i’m not sure why the google location does NOT show this location as closed and i’m also being told i can’t receive the contact info for the owners because “they are in a new business now”. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. this laptop holds all my sons baby pictures.

First time to repair a phone the service was fantastic the prices outstanding, few minutes ago just got out from this store for my second experience but this time my phone wasn’t charging a nice welcoming gentleman with the beard sorry couldn’t remember his name:), but he was phenomenal, he saved me money from replacing charging port to cleaning it and it’s working fine now I don’t need a new phone, guess what??? It’s for free since It was my second time there, these guys are the best. Just moved to Houston and glad I stopped by this store. Keep up the good work.
