Worst customer service ever! Brought my iPhone in for a new battery And after about two hours they told me my phone would not turn on that the battery they installed was possibly defective. I asked them to put my old battery back in then and said that was against their policy. So i then asked them to get another new battery And they said they didn’t have any. So o asked them to call the other best buys in the area and see well had a battery And they said they aren’t allowed to to that. They said i just had to drive sound to all of them And check myself. I went in with a perfectly operating phone with just bad battery life and i left work a phone that will not operate at all. I suspect the new battery they installed isn’t bad but they damaged my phone while working on it. This is my work phone that i must have to connect work my computer And the best advice i get from Best Buy is to just done around and chi check other stores. Absolutely lack of customer service!!

Absolute jerks! I believe his name was Tyler. Had a question about a sound bar and before they could even finish the question he said “oh I don’t know anything about sound bars but what’s your question”. Nobody in the store was friendly and all of them looked like they couldn’t wait to be off work. AWFUL experience for the second time now at this location. All other locations seem to be a huge step up from this one.

I wish I could have experienced your services but when I have to wait 8+ minutes to get someone on the phone this is a big problem. You have staff. Answer your phones. I went elsewhere.
