Go to the Apple Store!!! These people SCAMMED ME!! I went there to fix my Mac book display screen with warranty. I left and they called me a day or two later that my MacBook has liquid damage and they could fix that with the display screen for $99 instead of $0. Initially I said no that I want only the display screen fixed. I thought about it and I was like $99 isn’t bad so let me fix it, so I called back to CONFIRM. The guy said yeah it was going to be $99 instead of $0 so I was like yeah you can fix that. Now, they called me to pick up the MacBook and I went and they CHARGED ME $324. HOW DID WE MOVE FROM $99 to $324? Yes, the are SCAMMERS! Just go to the Apple Store! I wish there was a way I could have had that phone call recorded. These people are SCAMMERS. Save yourself the stress and go to the Apple Store

Really bad experience! It is like that I paid them $59 to destroy my data on the desktop of my mac air laptop, hilarious!!! And yet, they never said one word” sorry”. After I updated my OS for Big Sur. My keyboard didn’t work anymore. I got a link sent by apple support to go to Macman. They diagnosed as a bad keyboard with almost $500 replacement fee which is almost half price of my mac. Then I contacted apple support again. This time the guy told me to send it to apple store. They fixed in no time without any cost. Please go to apple store. don’t used this Macman!!! People there are all madman.

Highly highly recommend this place!! The staff was kind and very knowledgeable! My macbook had a software and hardware issue (it was honestly on life support), and I decided to bring it to this place to see if there’s anything I could salvage. They spent 2 weeks trying to fix it but couldn’t (which I fully expected), and didn’t charge me. I asked a couple of questions afterwards to know what to avoid next time and they patiently answered everything. In short, I can’t recommend this place enough! Will 100% bring my (new) mac back here next time if I have any issues!
