I normally do not write reviews, but as a happy customer, I want to write my first customer review since many many years ago…as the other commenters have already said, Mr. Fentress is totally legit. I was hesitant to work with him at first because I’ve never done a business with someone without a store before. But I’m sure glad I did. Isaiah will work with you and make sure you got exactly what you asked him to put in your build. His pricing is very fair as well. I’m very happy with my build and I am able to play Warzone at ultra with RTX on at 150-185fps even with just RTX 3060! LITERALLY, I got EXACTLY what I wanted from him at a price a pre-built PC from companies like NZXT or Cyberpower or other desktop PC companies cannot beat! Working with him is all black and white, as in no hidden costs or anything suspicious. You get what you ask for! I know it sounds like my review is fake but I am serious about what I said about him and his business. I’m just a very satisfied customer. Also, make sure to not bring your wife with you when you’re about to pick up your build from him or you will get constant nagging and whining like I did lol. I hope Mr. Frentess’ business gets bigger!

I built my first custom computer recently and had some issues getting it to boot properly. I reached out to Isaiah over the phone and he responded within the hour and was able to get to work on it the same day! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and not only helped me to diagnose the issue (which was a dead motherboard) but helped me to replace it and rebuild everything. He charged very fairly and kept me updated consistently throughout the whole process. 10/10 experience working with Isaiah and i will definitely be back if i ever have any issues in the future.

I was dealing with some unexpected crashes when gaming on my PC. Isaiah informed me he’d do his best to take a look, and see if he can find any potential issues with my computer. He was very communicative, and informed me of the things he was doing to make sure I wouldn’t run into any future issues. If you’re looking for a straight forward, and honest person when it comes to getting your PC worked on, or looked at he’s definitely the person to go to. I’ll definitely be back for a potential future build when the time nears.
