Fantastic service. They were kind, informative, and quick. My phone’s screen stopped working and I wasn’t sure if it was a hardware issue or if my phone was irrecoverably broken. The staff immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and had my phone completely fixed in less than 24 hours. I took my Samsung phone in to get the battery changed. Mike not only changed it out in about 20 minutes, he also explained the process and showed me as he went through the steps. 2 days later I took my roommates iPhone in because a piece of the charging cable had broken off inside the port. Mike was able to get the piece out in less than 1 minute. I asked him what I owed him, and he said no charge. I would recommend sdfixit for your phone needs.
