If you want all of your parts to come back i do not recommend this store. We showed up to make sure that the hard drive was acting up. when receiving the computer back one of the screws was missing, not surprising if you saw the condition of this shop. screws all over the place, including the floor, pretzels on the floor, bottle caps on the floor, wires absolutely everywhere. which i understand being a computer shop but be professional and organized!! we picked up the computer, no screw to hold the hard drive in, go back ask for the screw, wrong screw, we go again and wait for 45 minutes outside after 10 when they are supposed to be opened. finally left at 10:45 because the doors were locked while the dog barked through the door, and no one to be seen. Still no screw and now having to order one because these people either lost it or don’t want to give it back, a dollar screw? really. very unprofessional and gross environment.

I was down at sunset beach and needed my computer worked on and while I was in the store Rick and I talked about what I did. We started talking about My presentations that I did all over the country and I told him that I thought they where boring!!! He said “Let me take a look at it” and over the next few days we (He) were able make make my presentation exciting and fun. A truly super kind fellow. Please tip generously as his pricing is well below market rate. Bring treats for his little dog and call and make an appointment as he is very very busy…..
