Horrible service, high prices and terrible communication. Went there to switch my ram and nvme from my laptop, simple enough. Boy it was not. I had the wrong ram (thought my laptop had 2 slots, just 1 slot is modifiable). Wanted to buy one stick that is good enough in that case. They had one in store but couldn’t find it, so ordered online to deliver at my place for the next day, and I will have to go back. Told me to leave the laptop and come back the next day with the ram. Got a notification that my order will be delayed by 6 days. I tried to cancel it. No can do. I then went online to buy it at the store where my laptop is for pick up. Instead of me going there, was trying to get them to just give them the item to the desk next to them. NO ONE IN THAT STORE PICKS UP THE PHONE. The support on the phone couldn’t reach them, I couldn’t reach them, nothing. So now, my laptop and the ram that needs to be installed in it are sitting, literally a couple of feet from each other for absolutely no reason. I would need to go there to get it sorted. It makes no sense.
We walked through the door, And we were asked if I needed assistance which we needed. and the gentleman was patient enough to hear our requirement of a external touchscreen which can be used with my present laptop. He enquirer it with his fellow stuff and guided me to a touchpad where you can hand write stuff and make it a doc or pdf and sync it with office 365 cloud. Pretty cool stuff but that was not exactly we were looking for. I think there’s no such device as of now. But the store person was helpful enough to guide me through. I found a headphone in bestBuy app which was not there in the store but the billing lady provided an home delivery option with no delivery feel. That was cool for buying a 20$ stuff. Overall good store experience. But I am still Awaiting for the item to be delivered.

The item was lost after it got delivered. I did contact customer care and they get me an offer to refund. I instead took the pickup from store option. A great customer care experience.. would love to buy from here again.

We bought a tv and upon check out, there were 7 people in line with nobody at the registers for about 15 minutes. Joey came to the registers and was extremely nice and apologetic to everybody in line. When it was my turn to check out I had brought up a tv that I thought was on sale and I showed Joey the online price – he said I think that’s a different one even though the numbers were the same. He said hold on I will go check. He came back 5 mins later with the correct tv that was on sale and saved me almost $100. Great experience & he made a not so good situation of waiting into a very positive experience. Thank you!
