Great, helpful staff. I came in with a computer that turns off when I pressed the left alt key, and after uBreakiFix gave me terrible service I was really hoping that the worker would give me some assurance he could handle the problem.

Mission accomplished. I talked with him for a couple minutes about what it could be, and he suggested it might be shorting things out when I pressed the alt key because of a loose component. Exactly what I was thinking and it turned out to be right.

Don’t waste your time by going to uBreakiFix or other big box scam stores that buy good reviews, this place knows what they are doing. Even provided me a couple screws for free.

The store smells kinda funky and the music is loud, but don’t let that distract you from that this is a quality tech repair shop.

This is the second time I have visited Tech.Genius with a laptop crisis and also the second time Jamin James with support from his team have resolved a tech issue that I thought I would possibly not recover from. Jamin is responsive, easy to understand and work with and has an innate ability to listen to your problem and resolve it with ease. He can multitask effectively, and I feel the prices for his services are fair. If you have a technology issue (e.g. hardware, software, computer, laptop, smartphone, you name it) I’m confident Jamin and team can fix it. If they can’t no one can. I have no hesitation recommending Tech.Genius to anyone with a need for technology repair services.

Brought in my 6 year old custom built for a deep clean. She’s been running slow, and built up a lot of dust and smoke residue. Needed a fan replaced, and more thermal paste. Altogether they got her cleaned up and sparkling the very next day!!!!!! Absolutely thrilled with the service. Was affordable, under 150 for the entire process. She’s running perfectly. The vibes in the business were very casual, and they were very willing to explain things for me as someone who doesn’t know much about hardware issues. If i ever have issues, they’ll be who I go to first.
