Very polite first of all. Respectful and friendly.

1st attempt was an overnight fix that lasted about 2 days until my screen would not turn on anymore.
2nd attempt to fix my screen it was supposed to be an overnight thing, i waited half the day next morning and decided to call, they told me it would be another day since they couldn’t resolve the issue and needed a part delivered. Ok.
Next day i give them time and again, all day goes by and i never get any texts or updates, and i have to get with them after many attempts. Didn’t get a response so i just went in person. The phone was ready with that fresh new glue smell.
It’s definitely not as responsive or sensitive???…as my original screen, it reads my finger print half the time, about a week in and i have a black dot in the upper left area.. and my proximity censor doesn’t work from what i can tell anymore, like when I’m on the phone talking, pressing it to my ear, it doesn’t automatically turn the screen off, and my face will press all kinds of stuff…

Going to save money and eventually get it fixed elsewhere eventually.

If I could give this review a zero I would. I took my phone to them on Wednesday July 10th. I went in for a cracked screen of course, my phone however, was still receiving a connection and i was able to do minor things through “hey siri”.after my screen was “fixed”(loose popping due to it not being in place properly) my phone no longer connected through cellular connection. I received an error mesage stating the screen wasn’t an apple product and to update my phone to use my device….well after 4-5hours NOTHING!!!!!! I contacted apple and even took it to the apple store and NOTHING!!!!!!!! same EXACT message. They (apple) told me that something happened when they replaced the screen. I called and explained what was happening and was told to bring in my phone back and after explaining I was laughed at. now I’m out of my money spent on replacing the screen and a phone, I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Very pleased with service at Doctor Phone on Bolton Road, Atlanta. Took a 6 year old Samsung Galaxy phone that simply stopped working. The first screen they changed out didn’t help but they kept at it and got the phone working. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again!!
