I recently walked in to fix my laptop, and when I came in, I was greeted, but with a welcoming person and they seem like they knew what they were doing at the end of my trial when I got back from my cleaning service to see how it was they said that they were unable to open it and so they tried cleaning it from above as much as possible, and they ended up Damaging my control key in the end. I am having a pay because I am having to fix it. These people do not know what they’re doing and at the end of it, I am having to fix the problems that they started. Please be warned. Do not come to this store!

Had a PC’s drive corrupt and due to an issue I don’t really understand the backup drive wasn’t executing windows login properly and I had reached the limit of my computer experience and knowledge. Left my PC there while they investigated the issue, they were able to get to and backup the files I had zero success in getting to on my own. Very pleased and happy with the results, felt the pricing was well worth it. As splendid and great as the experience went, I hope to not have to make use of the services again but at least I’ll know exactly where to go.

I had a black screen issue with my laptop, and Adrian did an excellent job. He identified and fixed the problem quickly, and my laptop was back the very next day. Their customer service was friendly, and I appreciated that he explained to me what was the issue and what was done to fix my laptop. Highly recommend for fast and reliable repairs!
