I wanted a ps5 controller that was on sale and unfortunately the sale was over but Fiona the sales associate literally tried to find me a sales match or a color or skin on what I wanted and sadly you did not have either in stock. I stupidly went to target who was cheaper but didn’t have the same selection or options nor the actual customer service and kindness that she offered me. I came back in the rain just to make sure Fiona got my sale and the commission from it. Unfortunately she had just left but being a customer service professional myself I wanted to make sure this person got the five star review they deserved. I was not afforded half the experience when I went to target and I wish more people cared as much as this employee at micro center. I will never cut corners again for a discount if the level of service is this good again. This associate Fiona literally knocked it out the park and made my day an experience and not an inconvenience.

Great place to pick up electronics! They have everything from headphones to computers with a good selection of choices. You can catch some good deals here on open box/return items on top of their price matching. The space here is a little cramped at this location because they have SO much stuff in the store. With that being said the staff are abundant and friendly, making sure you find what you are looking for fast. Their selection, customer service, and prices make it worth the 25 minute drive to this location. I honestly feel bad that I haven’t left a reveiw here yet. I have built 3 PC’s over the last 7 years all with parts purchased from this location and will continue to do so. If you have never been to a Micro Center location you really need to give them a try :o)

Bought an amd bundle and a new case. I was over the moon, and was really excited. However when I put everything together, and applied power the case started to emit smoke.

Luckily it didn’t quite catch fire, and everything was mostly fine, apart from some burnt wiring.

I called micro center, and asked for a refund or a replacement of the case. They said they would get back to me. About 3 hours later they called and we spoke on the phone briefly.

It was a senior manager I spoke to, he was difficult and presented options that would have required me to spend half of the cost of the parts themselves.

Long story short, their refund policy and customer service fall short of acceptable.
