I am very glad that I went to Jose to get my new iPhone 8 plus. I had tried the Apple Stores, ATT stores and online sources and Jose and his associate were in a league of their own with their knowledge, courtesy, and efficiency. I would recommend going here first for anything you may need no matter how far you may have to travel. I left feeling as though I had connected with some true human beings and I could not be happier with my new phone or my new friends.

I was very impressed with NCI Electronics. The customer service was excellent and prompt, and the phone repair was much more reasonably priced than other shops. We arrived shortly before closing time and there were a few people in line ahead of us. However, they still squeezed us in and even allowed us to pick up the phone after their posted closing time. We have always frequented phone repair shops at Gurnee Mills, but now we will only support NCI.
