Jervis is great! My computer was stuck in a boot loop and I tried EVERYTHING I could think of (and google) to get it fixed and I simply didn’t have what it took. Jervis did! He fixed it for me in just a few hours and had my computer back to me by the end of the day all cinched up and working perfectly – and for a reasonable price!
Previously, he has been very helpful even over the phone in helping me decide on upgrade options and walking me through all the considerations. I HIGHLY recommend using PC PLUS for any computer needs you might have!
