The staff is friendly and are great to deal with, but the wait times are ridiculous. I prepaid the deductible for an insurance claim to repair my son’s iPad screen and still ended up waiting over a half hour in line to drop it off and another half hour in line to pick it up after it was fixed. The management needs to do a better job staffing this location. It’s the only location they have in the area and obviously gets a lot of business, they need to plan for that.

I am very thankful for a business like
uBreakiFix. My screen was cracked and I was thinking I needed to get a new phone. Because of my insurance, I was able to take it to this business. They replaced the screen and made my phone look brand new again.
They told me how long it was going to be, and it was less time than they said. 5 Stars!!

2nd time I’ve broken my screen and used same shop in Citrus Heights, U Break I Fix and the guys were great as always. They had ample staff and had my phone fixed in less than an hour. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and efficient. Seriously great group of dudes that do great work! They’re my go to spot for trusted repairs
