This company’s employee David Purscell is unprofessional and lack proper manners. He sold his company IT Nav to My Tech Partners. We were a customer of My Tech Parnters for a while after the sale. Contacted David Purscell himself because we needed pertinent propitiatory information that should be included in their records – They have no record of any of it! This is information that we paid for that should have been shared with us and it never was. When we call and ask for it the company we paid to complete the work should be able to present the information. Then to add insult to injury Mr. Purscell tells me to go hire an attorney and see if you can get it done for the amount that we paid for our proprietary information. So not only do they not take responsibility for the mistake they call you out like you can’t do anything about it. When I asked if he had any responsibility in this he hung up on me. What kind of company are you running? To employ people that would talk to customers in that fashion. Shows us that we made the right decision in not working with your company anymore.
