TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!! I never leave reviews but the service was a nightmare-10 stars….I called before I drove….(2 hours)to get iPhone fixed. I called to check availability and prices talked to manager Jeremy Moore, very nice on the phone!!:) I entered the store with my daughters 11&12 and the main repair man (Jeremy)was very rude and condescending to his employees but My daughters and I could feel the tension, they asked to sit in the car….I wasn’t sure how to check in. I couldn’t tell who was helping me nor did I feel like welcome they wanted to help me. They weren’t sure how to help me& I felt They didn’t have the right product or making up what could be wrong keep adding extra cost . I just walked out and was so disappointed with this place… NEVER WILL I VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN

I chose the coldest day in minnesota to go out and fix my phone screen and let me tell you these guys where busy enough with car batteries considering its -30s out there! And the men working yesterday even tho you could tell they where busy running and stressed from a long day,freezing outside helping with batteries!… they where amazing I haven’t gotten better service! My phone was fixed within an hour! (normal) and I didn’t see one unhappy costomer in the store! Thank you guys for fixing my phone! Works amazimg and looks great!

The service was great! They fixed my iPhone 6 screen that shattered after a few drops. A reasonable price and a quick fix made me happy. While I was waiting, I realized that I needed a replacement key for my son’s car (which I happened to be driving that day) and a new battery for the remote key. Jeremy cut a key then replaced the battery and reprogrammed the remote key in a short time. This is where I will go next time!
