I went in with a very bad cracked screen. I was immediately greeted by a worker. He was friendly and let me know he could get fix it in no time. I honestly had no idea how much it would cost but was surprised to find out how fair their prices were. I left my phone with them and they had it ready shortly after. My phone looked brand new and could not be happier with the perfect customer service I received. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get their phone fixed!

It’s a great and friendly place. Not very sure how the acquire their used phones, but every Samsung phone I’ve bought through them has had issues with Samsung Pay/Wallet.

The issuez can’t be fixed because Samsung claims that the phones were not made for the “American Region”. If the used phone you buy were “refurbished/repaired” they’re not using authentic parts, but rather whatever “fits”.

Either way you get what you pay for.

I have been putting off getting the screen replaced on my Iphone 12 Pro Max for quite some time now. I was confused on where to go after getting quotes from different places the other morning. After speaking with a gentleman over at Oxnard Wireless I knew that was the business to choose.
