Great Computer Deals is an excellent store. From my first visit, to my most recent, Sterling, Josh, and Brit extended to me nothing but friendly knowledgable service. My old laptop, which I wasn’t sure could even be fixed, needed a new hard drive, new operating system, and files transferred to the new drive. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole process. From the first visit and diagnosis, to the second visit for a speedy repair, and finally to a really fair cost, it was a great experience. I’ve spent many years in the retail/service arena myself, and I’m not easily impressed. These guys are the best!

Stopped in on a whim – needed a video card (nothing crazy and already had one in my Amazon cart) – Josh was awesome, got me a card that suited my needs and chatted with me for 15 minutes about whatever crossed our minds. Great guy, great store. Price was amazing.
