I was sent to this location by my insurance program from my cell phone provider.
I arrived on site at location and explained the issue that I was having with the glass on the back of my iPhone 14 Pro. I informed the individual at the location that I needed to have my back glass replaced on my iPhone.
He informed me that The front glass was the one that was on the service up to get replaced.

So therefore, I need my back glass replaced and needed UV light to take care of it. Professionally finish the job.

So at this point, he did not recommend that we did the home repaired this location And let me know if it was a managers, decision call, and someone to repair the light.

I asked him how the light is not working at this location.
I was informed that it had has been more than four days.

Therefore, it’s not very difficult to do a decent job and doesn’t take much effort.

So they fixed my problem and were very nice but they are really bad at estimating times. I have no idea why such a simple thing of mine (putting on a temporary screen so I could get my data off of it onto my new phone) took more than double the time quoted.
And I was not the only one experiencing this. Nearly everyone that came into the store were waiting for a lot longer than quoted.
Ultimately they did help me get my data off my phone and did it for a lot cheaper than anywhere else, so that is why I’m giving them a decent review, but be prepared to spend double the time there at least.

Don’t go here…I dropped off 2 iPads in need of repair. One broken screen and one not charging. They had to order parts. Supposed to take 3 days. I had to call daily to get updates and no one had a clue and the technician was never there…after 7 days they told me they couldn’t get the part for one of them. The day before this they told me it was coming.
It was a terrible experience overall. And I do not reccomed this place to anyone.
