This place is an absolute abomination. I took my phone in – it had a broken screen and would only work if plugged in to a charger. The guy said he could fix it, and told me it would be 1-2 days max. When he started working on it, he found out he needed a part that they had to order. Fine. OVER A WEEK LATER, I got my phone back and no one could hear me on the other end when I called. Then, my phone wouldn’t work unless connected to WiFi. I took it back, and the technician seemed confused, but said there was nothing he could do. He said I’d get my money back. I then took it in to two different Verizon’s and they had no idea what this store did – they said it was a complete botched job and I just needed an entirely new phone. It doesn’t end there – uBreakiFix wouldn’t refund me because I guess they’re under new management now. I spent over $400 there.. for.. absolutely… nothing. Their communication is so poor, they don’t care and never answer their phones. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I never write reviews and am a pretty easy going and forgiving person – but that whole experience is an absolute nightmare and I’m having a hard time letting it go.

I brought in a 3ds console to have the circle pad joystick replaced since it was kind of old and worn down but it did still work. I was told it would be 3 days for them to fix it which took a week. And then I got a notification to call them back and then they started talking about replacing the motherboard or something. I just went back to get my console after this phone call and the cursor is now just randomly jumping around all the place, and the console is completely unusable now. So basically I had to pay 40 dollars for them to make it worse. Didn’t really seem like they knew what they were doing. Definitely won’t be stopping by a ubreakifix location after this experience. They didn’t fix it they made it worse

Total scam of a place. These guys do not know what they are doing. They further broke my phone and installed replacement parts that didn’t work, then wanted to argue with me about how they cant return me my phone. When i went to pick up the unfixed phone they had for almost two weeks, the guy working there snatched the phone out of my hand and refused to return my property. I had to threaten to call cops for them to come to their senses, then they would not give me a written confirmation of how they broke my device in the tixket system so I can get a replacement. Totally unprofessional and untrained staff, who never followed up, either. Do not use them!!
