I am so thankful Verizon directed me to this place! My screen was shattered, and I hated the thought of a deductible, refurbished phone and setting it up. I was able to have my phone back good as new in less than 3 hours without an appt. They also added a screen protector for a nominal charge. The customer service is great, and I highly recommend if you have any phone issues while in the Panama City Beach area.

Update: I changed the rating from 5 stars to 3 because of my return experience. The screen protector, the original staff member sold me and applied started to bubble and peel. This happened within a week of application. I returned to the shop, and a different employee informed me that they do not warranty, give refunds, or replace the screen protectors they sell and apply. I can understand if it was months or a year, but it was a week. I questioned this policy, and he rudely told me he would change it that one time but no more. I am really disappointed in the way in which I was spoken. My 2 experiences were complete opposite of each other.

STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I paid $205 and it took 6 hours for my daughter’s iPhone 13pro back glass to be repaired. She picked up the phone at 5:43pm and she got home to put her case on the phone. It immediately cracked when the case was put on! I called today to tell them and ask for them to repair it because obviously it was not repaired properly! They said they can only offer a discount to repair it again and cannot offer a free repair. I had another phone to be repaired but I will not be using this company! Complete waste of money! She had it for a little over 2 hours before it cracked from putting on the case! I was standing by her when she put it on and she did it exactly proper! This is ridiculous!

I was nervous at first when i entered because my claim wasn’t finish process. However the guy who worked there assist me in finishing up my claim which I was so happy afterwards. Customer service was great and waiting time on point. He did a great job and once again I am happy
