My iPhone fell in water this morning. I called and explained the situation. I was told I could bring it right over for them to take a look and try and fix any damage. I was greeted by a friendly and empathetic employee. Alex S. was kind, professional and very knowledgeable about my particular phone and with electronics in general. It turned out that my phone was fine but he took the time to make sure that everything was working properly. I appreciate the kindness and great customer service. He went above and beyond. We will definitely be back if we should need any help in the future!

I went for a charging port change. My phone would only charge in certain angles. Whenever I got there, we were greeted kindly! He took a look at my phone and told me that it just needed cleaned. He “refurbished” (cleaned all parts of my phone). It was affordable and didn’t take long. I did bring three children along, in which they were kind and even gave them a Mandalorian poster from the basement (they gave them a tour because they were spooked out by the stairs). They did a great job today- customer service-wise and with their work on my phone; it’s charging perfectly now!

We had a fantastic experience with Fanelli Boys. I had an issue with my laptop and worked with Will. Unfortunately, I had to buy a new laptop, but Will got everything copied and set up. I was so impressed, I talked my husband into replacing his 10-year-old. Will took care of that also. He is wonderful to work with! I highly recommend Fanelli Boys!
