Im sad. Called one morning to see if they fixed my laptop, and i was being very patient and the woman over the phone started screaming at me saying “these things take time you need to wait for a call from us” and used cuss words to express her emotions. very unprofessional. Needless to say I took my device, they charged a diagnostic fee, and dropped it off to another shop. Trust the Reviews guys, wouldn’t want anyone to go through what i went through..

Needed some programs and SSD upgrade over the weekend. John helped me out and had it done in a day. Not sure why there’s bad reviews from clearly the same person all angry. This place is solid and John is as honest as they come. Highly recommended.

We paid Rhett pimentel to install a software in my computer, he took the payment ignored us and blocked our number when confronted.
He refused to pay the money back and lied about shipping the software don’t do business with him
