These people are definitely scammers I would recommend everyone to look at their reviews or don’t even give them the time of day I have tried to interact with this business since spending 400 dollars and being given a receipt with no details or the purchase. They also refuse to answer the phone on any given day even if you go to their location there may not even be anyone inside. It has now been over two weeks since the time of purchase and I am no closer to receiving the product I have purchased from them.
Having used to work in and own a computer repair service in the days of Win 98 and the 386, I can truly say they have excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable. Their prices were more than reasonable and they were upfront with all the prices a costs. I hope I may never need their services again but if I do, I will not hesitate to give them my repeat business.
Yes, I got hacked. It was a big one, too. John gave me confidence from the moment I walked into the store. In the end, all my data was saved and the repair was awesome…including the reinstall of Windows. It was handled at such a fair price. I went back a couple of weeks later with a small issue and John fixed it quickly and correctly. Thanks so much to Computer CPR.
