Absolute terrible service. I’ve had 3 experiences. 1 my computer had a virus. They told me had to pay 120 bucks to clean it off. A month later I get a notification that that my geek squad protection ran out. All of the same viruses were back. They just stored it.
2. I bought a gaming keyboard. Asked if it is compatible with my ps4. They said yes. It doesn’t work and wouldn’t even plug in. They refused to take it back.
3. I called support and asked if they fix controllers. Word for word the person told me ” yes we do. Come in and we will give you an estimate.” Drive 30 mins to get their and they tell me that they don’t fix controllers that the only thing they could do was give me a new controller if I had geek squad protection. Even though the website clearly states it doesn’t have to be purchased from their.
Never dealing with them again

So disappointed in my experience at this location. I made my appointment 1 week in advance online. When I got there I was told they didn’t know know I was coming and that I had overbooked them. After sorting it out and purchasing the radio I was told because I showed up they were now 20 mins behind and wouldn’t be able to fit me in today but that a week from then was open. Had I not made my appointment so far in advance this would be a non issue. I saw myself on their schedule on their computer so its beyond frustrating that they couldn’t reach out within that week. Poor customer service all around. Went to the Dearborn location and they hooked it up
Geek squad fixed my modem. I called several times for the next five days to see if it was fixed yet. Geek squad claimed they called to advise it was fixed on April 1. There was no record on my phone that they called or left a message. They fixed it but would have been nice if they had called. Funny that when I called, the automated response from Geek was that they were still working on getting it assigned to a tech for repair. Not acceptable.
