I was calling around to see who could help me fix my new iMac. I was devastated at the amount it would cost and almost gave up. HPD was the last place I called; boy was I SHOCKED. As I explained my situation, he listened to everything I had to say even if I wasn’t making correct sense. I like to consider myself tech-savvy but not a professional. He said that was an easy fix and told me the amount. I was like that’s it??????? I was SHOCKED again because it was over half less than the $138 an hour I was told it would be elsewhere. 2 hours at $138 is just not realistic for my budget 🙁 When all it needed was the OS reinstalled. I’m super grateful for HPD and their affordable prices!

Went to pick up my ps5 because he told me that I needed a new disc drive, we drove to go pick it up at 3:31 a whole hour before they close, when we get there the place was closed and I ended up not being able to pick it up, and now I have to wait a week because I went on a trip. Despite all these complaints the fixing part is pretty good, would come again.

Our experience with this business is very remarkable. Went it with a busted tablet. The gentleman helped put it back together. He looked up a replacement screen, and it would cost more than a new tablet. There was no charge for fixing the busted side. We were excited for the honesty and wonderful customer service. You are highly recommend!
