The doctor is in! When my MacBook screen wouldn’t come on, in a panic I called Apple support, and they went through every possible solution to fix it, to no avail. I was referred to the Apple Store in NYC where I live. The problem was I was in my Killington home, and was in desperate need of repair. After reading the mostly rave reviews, and having passed their shop numerous times, I stopped in. I explained the problem, and was informed there would be a diagnostic fee, which be credited if DES did the repair. Fair enough. Within hours , they said that liquid had leaked into the keyboard, and fried the screen. The price to fix it was very reasonable, less than Apple, and done immediately! Dealing with the owner, Jacob was a pleasure. He was honest, professional and very accommodating. He could have said my keyboard was ruined, too. I wouldn’t have known. He saved me $1500.00 dollars by not buying a new computer! I now found a new place for all my computer and cell phone needs! Thanks, doctors!!

The staff here were so friendly when I went to go get my iPhone SE 2020 repaired. I had had a cracked screen. The fixed it within the hour. AND… I spent only half of what the average price is usually. That average being up to 220 USD. Before you go anywhere else. Give them a chance to make your day with “Optimal” pricing. and a huge smile on their faces when they are given the honor to repair your devices. They are always ready to help! And they definitely saved the day!!! (They also put the screen protector and case on there for me!)

They’re a bunch of kids who don’t stand behind their work. They took 3 weeks to “fix” my phone, almost 2 of them was I guess them trying to figure things out. Then $250 later, the 1 problem was “fixed” but it had other problems like no cell service. They promptly blamed my phone company which I knew was not the case, and their “fix” only lasted maybe a month before it was back the way it was before I brought it to them. Don’t waste your time money or aggravation.
