Horrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone to visit this squad team to fix their Samsung devices.

I had to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G from Android 12 to Android 13. I was asked by Samsung to visit Geek Squad technician to take a look at my device. When I walked in, they asked me to make an appointment as they don’t have Samsung technician, so I made an appointment specially mentioning the problem and previous appointment.

When I went there on appointment day, I waited for 20 mins until finally someone came out of their cubicle, surprisedly asking whether I had an appointment. On that day, Samsung technician called a sick, so I was asked for another appointment. I said, okay. I made another appointment for the next day. When I went there, there was no technician.

When I finally caught Samsung technician after 3 appointments, they said they can’t fix the issue and asked me to call Samsung. Oh man, that sucks. It’s just a waste of my time and my car gas to come here back and forth. The service sucks and unprofessional.

I am glad I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. I highly recommend you do the same. With that being said, your appointment may be only a scheduling service, and this person may not be able to answer all of your questions ahead of time. Also they may not have all of your necessary information you may need to know prior to your visit. This is unfortunate. But upon my arrival, I worked with Agent Joe, at the Colma location. He proved to be a professional with great understanding of the issues at hand. He was clear with my requests, and my understanding of the service I was promised, and was able to reinforced my faith in the services provided by the Geek Squad. Geek Squad may or may not be able to remedy my computer, but as for the professionalism I received by Agent Joe, Geek Squad, you have a man with great integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Not even quality for 1 star.. horrible service. Promise the schedule someone but never show up .. pass the call to many people and hang up on you. NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
