I was very impressed with Gus and his knowledge, communication, and willingness to get the job done for me. I had an internet issue at my short term rental and every other person before Gus gave me the run around and told me they couldn’t help me for at least a week. Gus answered the phone promptly and did a same day visit!! That’s unheard of now a days. He spent a lot of time at the cabin making sure the internet was working properly so the guests could enjoy the remainder of their stay. During the turn, he came back and installed a new router, and re-programmed all my smart devices and got me back to be able to remotely monitor everything. I’ll look to Gus for any future projects related to networking/technology, etc. He even went to UPS to help return my old router I bought from Amazon. If you are looking for an honest guy that does top quality work, Gus is your guy.

Excellent service, extremely fast, and reasonably priced. After he helped me with a factory reset glitch, he noticed my fan was broken, and fixed it. You get more than you pay for here. Easily half of what you would pay at Geek Squad or staples. Not to mention how much faster and easier to work with they are. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
