Recently, I visited this business in 3rd week of June 2022 in Shreveport. My issue was laptop was not starting at all. Mr Kalejha a nice gentleman received my laptop. After few days someonelse called me and said he looked into it, and it looks like there’s mother board failure. He said the Mother board has to come from China. Next day, I called Mr Kalejha and reqested him to transfer my laptop data to my external hard drive. I agreed to pay him his fees of about $88. He trasferred the data, and said your laptop has been compltely wiped off. When went home and tried to start the laptop just to check, it was showing flickering screen. But, all the data was there on laptop. But the speakers were not working also, that’s new. Then I took my laptop to someone else. Within few minutes he made few checks and opened the laptop. Right away he told me someone opened this laptop before, and they forgot to connect speakers. He connected the speakers and the Laptop is working fine. After my experience, it’s upto you guys whether to take your Computer raepairs to this business.. Thanks!

Took a laptop in for problem with websites not displaying properly across multiple browsers. Elijah went right to work while I stood there and it looked like he had fixed the problem after about 30 minutes. However, the problem returned and continued over the next several days. I took it back in and left it. Elijah was very thorough and on the last available thing to try, he fixed the problem. When I asked what I owed, he indicated it was still under warranty from the prior visit. Other than not being called back before closing one night as promised, I could not be more satisfied and will definitely return in the future if needed.

Long story short, the gentleman there did an excellent job. I had software issues. He let me explain (even though I’m sure he didn’t need the whole spill I gave him). I told him what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted. Very professional and knowledgeable young man. I also believe the price was very fair. I would highly recommend.

Also, I asked for some screws because I lost mine installing my new motherboard. He went ahead and put them in there for me. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This will be my place for all my computer repair.
