Pat and Bill are awesome! They have notch customer service. It’s the type of place you feel happy to go to when you need a solution to your problem. They also go above and beyond what’s required to make finding a remedy to your solution simple. They didn’t have to do anything more than what I paid them for with repairs and solutions in the past. But they always have great suggestions that have saved me hours of research to find solutions to my problems! I’m thankful to have a store like this for all of my technological and computer problems!
Pat & Bill are awesome! Always welcoming to me and my laptop issues. I’ve gone to them multiple times. My older Dell had a major BSOD issue and after they fixed it, a few wks later the BSOD popped up regularly once again. So Pat & Bill rebuilt my whole laptop for no extra charge and it’s been running smoothly to ever since. A great family owned business and I highly recommend them!
