I have a new PC Repair place! It’s hard to find a company or person to trust in the IT field, especially for someone who knows just enough to get herself in trouble.
I called the shop yesterday and took my business desktop in today (you can imagine how stressed I was since it’s my main office computer). Chris was calm and discovered it wasn’t what I thought it was and gave me suggestions as to try and pin point my problem. I left his store feeling better and knowing I have someone I can trust to keep me up and running. I hope he’s around for a long time. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible. I’ll always recommend, even to my clients and I will be back.

This is the absolute best computer repair place in the Bradenton area. Not only were they able to take me in immediately, but they were also able to repair my computer in 10 minutes. I got lucky that this was somewhat simple enough to fix, but there was no question of their expertise and knowledge to diagnose it so quickly and efficiently. This will be my go to location for anything technologically related. Beats going to any kind of corporate owned Geek Squad or similar by miles. He even gave me great recommendations to set up a solution to fix it from happening again, which I will be taking him up on!! Thank you so much!

There cannot be another place more accessible in terms of prices and troubleshooting of your electronic equipment than here. The technician is more than just perfection, his honesty and responsiveness and expertise made me become a customer. a good/honest American worker. I sent my parents to solve a technical problem and he solved it in less than 5 mins. Incredible, his level of honesty is off the charts… I highly recommend this place for all of you to approach and resolve problems with your electronic equipment. You guys won’t regret it. They have 5 stars for high quality service and honesty.
