It’s very hard to find this place once you get to the office building it’s in. But the entrance is on the outside of the building and there are no signs to let you know that. When I finally located the door for the place I walked in and it looked like a room with a couple if tables that were littered with little tools and junk. I told the kid about the situation with my boyfriend’s phone, and he told me the part for his phone STILL hadn’t arrived (we were originally told the part would be there by that day when we first went there 3 days earlier) So I left my boyfriend’s phone with the kid along with my phone number to reach me when the phone was ready. So 2 days later around 6:30pm I called the store to ask if my man’s phone was ready yet and the dude tells me that yes that phone has BEEN ready to be picked up since yesterday evening!!!!!! so we went and picked up hi phone and they fixed it – did a very good job – but then when it came time to pay for it….. it was over $100 !!!!!! I thought that was a ridiculous price just to have the screen replaced – especially when I have gotten a screen replaced in the past for less than $70 and it was done within hours not days.

The back of my iPhone 11 was cracked by the camera, I brought it in on July 19th to have it repaired. When I called I was originally told it would cost $105 and could be done same day. When I got there and told him I needed the phone back the same day for work purposes he upped the price to $127.99 plus tax. On August 16th I noticed the phone was cracked in the same place. When I called about having it repaired he told me the 90 day guarantee is only if the phone stops working or the parts fail and I would have to pay to have it repaired again. I never dropped the phone, the phone is never out of a case. Apparently the guarantee doesn’t cover the parts they use to repair the back. $137 for a repair that lasted 3 weeks! I’ll never waste my money here again!

I walked into this business and right away Dave was very pleasant! Needed phone screen replaced and Dave told me right away $10. off for first time customer. Said it would be an hour- done in half hour. Wanted to purchase a screen protector and because a tiny bubble was in it, Dave didn’t charge me for it.
Very pleased with the service, quality and customer service and would recommend to all my friends.
