If I could remove the 1 star from this review I would. Thought this was a good place to bring my devices to get fixed. Ended changing my review from a positive review to this negative feedback. 4 weeks my daughters Nintendo Switch Lite spent at BlackSea Tech and the end result was me coming in to retrieve my unfinished device. Went in for a charging port and came out with the charging port not fixed. Save yourself the trouble and find a different place to work on your device. The guy will continuously say that he will finish today but 4 weeks later you’ll be retrieving your unfinished device.

Since you want to respond, I’ll answer your response Orhan. Not once in 4 weeks did you call me to give me updates about the switch. You never worked on the switch and never did you say it wasn’t fixable. When you first got the switch you did test the charging port and said that it was the charging port. After, you kept the Switch for 4 weeks and every time I called you you would say I’ll finish it today. Today turned to 2 weeks and then 4 weeks. In regards to the iPhone, the screen that you sold me first went dead after the first week. You replaced the screen for a second screen and the screen had some white light spots on the display. You replaced the second screen for a third screen and this screen still has some white light spots on it.

So my original review is in regards to the Switch Lite and not the iPhone which I chose not to write about the screen. So in actuality I can return to you to return the screen and you can refund me the screen money because your website does say 100% satisfaction guaranteed and I am unsatisfied!

Whoever was working was incredibly rude and a horrible salesman. I went in to inquire about their prepaid phones and got bare minimum info, it was like pulling teeth. Then I asked if I could take a pic of their meager selection of phones so I had something to refer back to and compare and was told flat out “No!” I then made my way outside and this guy actually followed me outside and watched me leave! For what purpose, I have no idea. Super rude, ignorant and a really bad selection of everything. Don’t waste your time, find another place to buy phones from. I felt like I was treated like dirt. If I could give zero stars, this place would have none!!

Been there a couple of times and each time for different things and items and is just the best. I went to two different places that said they couldn’t fix my Xbox so i called Blackseatech to see if he could take a look at my Xbox, the guy order the piece that the Xbox needed and had it working and ready to use in 2 days. The price is really affordable almost to the point where I feel like I should leave a tip. Is just really really the best place.
