They saved a surgery! Stamford Hospital doctors couldn’t read the MRI images off CD from MRI facility.
Store owner sold me a portable CD drive, then lent me a laptop just in case Dr laptop wouldn’t work with the drive. Made sure drive was setup and working on borrowed laptop.
It worked! Dr was able to read images, do the surgery. Yes its crazy that in 2024 a story like this could happen. But medical providers, all their tech budget goes to medical tech, not IT.
This store went way above and beyond. Dropped everything to help me, all for what was basically a $25 sale for drive.
Justin is extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He’s helped me with all of my electronics. I would only trust the manufacturer if it meant keeping a warranty. But even then, I’d bring it to him first. If your looking for quality service, stop reading this review and just give him a call. He’s the best.
