I brought my gaming PC that I had worked on building, and then upgrading myself. I got in over my head, probably inflicted some of the problems with it unknowingly, and then set it aside for a year or so. I called and explained the multiple things I wanted help with, and he got back to me that day! He was super responsive, even via text, and helped me troubleshoot and upgrade my system. He was also very understanding and proactive of my need intense COVID-19 safety precautions when I dropped off and picked up my computer. To top it all off, my final bill was a HUGE bargain for the work he put in and how responsive he was. ABSOLUTELY recommend for everyone.
I am very fortunate to have found Brian right in my neighborhood. You cannot beat the level of personal customer service. No longer will I waste hours on the phone with big companies or standing in line at the mall. Anything computer related, Brian is just a quick text or email away.
