Best customer service hands down! I called ahead to ask for a price estimate for a samsung ultra s22 with a black screen. I was able to talk to the technician to explain what happen to my phone and he immediately said if I replaced the screen it would work. The estimate I was given was the best compared to others competitors I had reached out to in the past. I went the same day to drop off the phone and luckily he had my screen in stock and I was able to pick it up same day! He even waited for me after the store closed for me to pick it up. This will forever be my go to place for any electronics I need fixed. They also fix game consoles, laptops, phones and tons more. They offer several payment options as well. Absolute pleasure to deal with. I sent my car’s DME to them and they had it back to me in four days, and this included the weekend. As soon as they received my item it seems like they were on it. Communication was excellent, before, during, and after. I called after I had my item installed and asked a question and they were able to answer my question about a particular detail and it was very helpful. Paying for my repair and shipping back was made easy as well. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I do, I know where to go with no hesitation.

I want to thank you for your EXCELLENT service! The iPhone was fixed less than 10 minutes due to the phone speaker being clogged. BUT, when I first went to check-in with T-Mobile about the issue..I was told to get a new phone. The owner of Tekkies is very KIND and HONEST! A+ A+ A+ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
