If you want to be lied to constantly, then this is the place for you. I brought my laptop in to get looked at, and they told me they would be able to fix it and would give it to me at the cheapest price possible. Every single time I called for an update, they came up with an excuse. They also kept telling me it would be ready a certain day, and when that day came, they made up more excuses as to why it wasn’t ready and would instead be ready another day. This went on for a whole month. If I wanted any answers, I had to go in person because they were not helpful on the phone. It was a whole month of constant lies to my face. I got so fed up that I went back to get my computer however, they informed me that they didn’t have my laptop and it would take 30 minutes for him to go and get it. I ended up waiting over an hour and half before I finally got it back. In the end, my laptop was not fixed, and i ended up wasting gas in all the trips to the store. So i advice you take your valuable electronics elsewhere.

Edit in response to the owner: You guys told me the diagnostic was free and that I could pay after the repairs where done to my laptop. Also if you can’t fix motherboards then you should’ve just told me that instead of lying to me and telling me you can fix it. The problem is you guys can’t admit when you’re wrong. If you pride yourself in being a small business, then you should be honest with your customers.

Do not take your phone here. They essentially STOLE OUR PHONE. We took a phone here to have the screen replaced. They replaced the screen and the next day the screen stopped working. We brought the phone back to the store and were told they would have it fixed the next day and they NEVER RETURNED IT. This was 2 and a half months ago and they have never given us the phone back. We have been in repeatedly and they told us they shipped it off to the company that made the replacement screen. We were not informed they were sending the phone anywhere and we have never ever had a phone call or anything about it. They essentially stole our phone.

It was a wonderful experience to stop by Gadget Doc. Both Mr. Adil & Mr. Faisal went above and beyond to help unlock my phone, and spent over a hour, yet didn’t charge me anything. They were extremely knowledgeable, sincere and gracious. I immediately felt I could trust them, so I will take my PC for an upgrade soon. I would recommend this place to everyone.
