This is the second opportunity I have had to work with Brian and the second time I have had one of the two or three best customer service experiences in 50 years in any industry.

On each occasion, I visited the store with extremely technical and complex issues related to my Samsung phone. On each occasion, I previously contacted Samsung technical support six to seven times. In each instance, Samsung was unable to resolve the issues even after hours of troubleshooting with remote access to my phone.

During each of my two visits, Brian resolved both issues in under five minutes. He asked about the details of the problems, provided several alternative fixes asking which I preferred, and then explained the pros and cons of each.

Brian then took time to explain what he had done to remedy the problem and walked me through each step so that I could solve the problem on my own if it recurred. He also made sure that he answered any other questions.

Brian demonstrates the epitome of customer service. Beyond being extraordinarily knowledgeable, he is exceptionally professional, thorough, and patient.

On both visits, I traveled a long distance to the store. I would have traveled twice that to receive the quality of service Brian provides. He is truly outstanding.

Great service, I gave them my MacBook after leaving another competitor of there’s and they told me it’s a motherboard problem when I left i felt like they didn’t know what they were talking about so I brought it to this location, and under 20 mins they told me the problem and told me they could order a part for it’ll take 5 days, Not only did the part come in 3 days but when I Brigitte my MacBook to them when the part was in they repair it in 1 hour. Again great service highly recommend they were nice. Even though I felt a little sketchy after leaving the other store but these guys made me feel comfortable. Going to bring my daughters phone for repair next. They get 5 stars from me

Quick, professional and great price. I broke my I phone 8 plus screen and the LCD screen. My phone screen was all black and touchscreen didn’t work because I dropped it on the floor. It was an easy quick fix for them. They took care of it immediately which is great because nobody wants to wait for their phone lol. It was fast and done in less than one hour. I was really worried it was going to take a few days because I need my phone. I’m super happy! I would definitely come back. Also you don’t have to give your password. They asked me if I wanted to give my password and if I’m comfortable with that and if not that’s totally okay. It was nice that they asked.
