We still have been waiting for are damaged refrigerator to be replaced as well as water line installation since May 21st. The first time they were supposed to show was a no-show, the second time the refrigerator was damaged, however we made them leave it here as we needed a refrigerator. The technician refused to install the water line that we paid for. We have tried to contact Best buy and unable to directly contact the store because they put you through customer service. We never received any resolution and we had to go to the store directly to speak with a manager. On August 3rd we took more time out of our day to go speak with a manager because the second delivery we were called 10 minutes prior and informed by the same technician we requested not to have since he refused to install a water line stated he will not be able to deliver because this second refrigerator was damaged. We spoke with the manager he apologized and spoke with the general manager and said he will contact us he needed to figure out how to proceed with the general manager. We have yet to hear from him. I did contact Citibank, which is the Best buy credit card, and inform them we were not paying until we came to a resolution. They said they would contact Best buy and discuss with them. And that was the last we heard. I will absolutely never be doing business with Best buy again and will never recommend them to anyone.

Best Buy has always been my go-to place for exploring and experiencing the latest technology and devices. The recently renovated location boasts an impressive and thoughtful design that really elevates the overall shopping experience. However, it’s a letdown to find that most of their demo units are either broken or non-functional. This could potentially mar the customer experience, as trying out these gadgets is a key part of the decision-making process for many.

It seems there’s a need for more diligent oversight from the store manager to ensure that all devices are in working order and ready for customer trials. My advice to the management team would be to prioritize this aspect, as it significantly contributes to the overall customer experience. Despite the current hiccup, I look forward to future visits, anticipating improvements in this regard.

They don’t even deserve 1 star! Bought a freezer and refrigerator from them and before we left the store, they moved the delivery date out 3 extra days. Never showed up or called on delivery day. Several hours spent on hold trying to contact a person to be told that they overlooked the date and could offer us the next date which is 2 weeks out! Can’t get in touch with a store manager unless you go into the store. Stick to buying things that don’t need to be delivered!!
