I took my iPhone 13 in for a new battery this week. My husband has had repairs done here and he was pleased with the service. My battery was replaced with a genuine apple battery. I did notice a problem afterward with the microphone on my phone and took the phone back in for further evaluation. It had worked fine before the battery change out but now was not working. They looked at my phone and figured out what was wrong and fixed my microphone at no extra charge. They went the extra mile and this is what made me decide that I’ll be back if I need a future repair. They are very courteous and do great work.

I took my computer to get fixed here recently, as the hinge broke off. They were very transparent about the price and how long it would take to get fixed. Computer was fixed by when they said it would be, price was reasonable, and it works good as new!
Also they had to take the back off of my computer and replace it, but saw all the stickers i had and let me keep the old back. I’m making it into wall art now.
Overall I can not imagine having a complaint about this place and I would definitely come back here for any other issues i have with my computer.

Excellent service. John with the long curly hair went above and beyond on an Elite series 2 controller which no one else in the area would touch as they are hard to work on. Also wiped down my laptop internals free of charge when getting a new battery! Timely & affordable too.
