Went in for a laptop screen replacement. Broke my webcam and has haloing around text and now i can’t use my graphics card. I researched for weeks thinking it was on my end but found out the screen was not done correctly. Reached out to them about the situation and was responded with some seriously rude responses by the guy. I just want this thing fixed. I don’t want to go in anymore as I’m afraid they’ll destroy my laptop further now and from his tone of voice he’ll just deny forever on all the new issues i’ve seen that was not present before and now I have to spend another 460 bucks finding another shop to do this work correctly. Sounds like they do good work on cell phones do not go in for anything else.

Spoke to Brandon/Branden/etc., was given a card, given a discount on top of the nominal charges, extremely quick iPhone repair after an unpredictable assumption, nonetheless it was a much easier/diagnostic solution compared to a delayed solution/execution (basically compared to any other Apple/Best Buy repair/store)…Was a Water Moisturizing problem… he also provided a screen protection film/tempered layer on stock which is going to make an older iPhone last for years. Highly recommended, his advice is as quick as possible to provide. Though it may be unfortunate case by case, he is a professional and knows your best suggestion, again, highly recommended. 5/5.

Great place. They were able to take a look within 5 minutes of my arrival.

The gentlemen up front told me that the screen may need to be replaced. He said come back in 30 minutes and it will be ready. 30 min later he said he changed the screen and the problem wasn’t resolved. He said we can change the motherboard instead.

While it wasn’t very pricy, I ultimately decided to just upgrade the phone. They didn’t charge me anything for their services and were very professional. No up selling either. Excellent customer service, I’d strongly recommend them for any phone problems.
