I had a very frustrating experience with Microfix when I took my laptop there to get the screen fixed. Initially, I trusted them to do a simple screen replacement, but they ordered the wrong screen. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, they asked me to buy a new screen and pay for that as well, along with the cost of the wrong one they initially ordered.

To make matters worse, they refused to return the full amount I paid, and the technician had the audacity to insist that he wasn’t at fault in the first place. It was an incredibly unprofessional and disappointing interaction.

The experience left me feeling like I was being scammed. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this place. It’s essential to find a repair shop that values honesty and customer service, which unfortunately wasn’t the case here.

Through the number listed on the Google Maps, I was able to connect directly to the owner who was very courteous over the phone and clearly communicated available times for the same day service. I needed to replace a cracked screen on my phone, and it was really easy to get all the essential information over the phone. When I came in to the shop, I was greeted by Mustafa bey with whom I spoke on the phone. After a quick initial diagnostic, he told me about different options for screens and the prices upfront. When I told him what screen I wanted, he quickly began working on my phone. Within an hour, I had a brand new screen. I called as soon as they were opened. Owner of the store answered quickly, I needed a 7th gen iPad screen replaced. He had a few appointments lined up but squeezed me in and sent me a confirmation. I showed up and was greeted, very friendly and professional. I’ve been going to this guy for years and highly recommend him. Support local businesses and screw Apple for not being Right to Repair.
