On July 26, I came in because my power button wouldn’t work on my laptop. Well, what I thought would be a routine fixer-upper… turned into six not-so-fun words: “YOU GOTTA GET A NEW LAPTOP.

And with those words, enter Beau, Brandon, and Alexis.

Beau (Geek Squad supervisor) is very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. She was willing to go out of her way to tell me the truth about my laptop and walk me over to a blue-shirt employee in the back who worked with laptops. She was just really kind-hearted and funny. She has a great personality.

Alexis (who helped me get my new computer) was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. He was really into his job. He’s very smart. He was willing to take the time to help me find the right laptop. I appreciate you guys having him on board. He knows his stuff. He knew who to ask if he was unsure about something and was willing to go out of his way, and I appreciate it.

Brandon (Geek Squad) was very knowledgeable about his job. I can tell he’s very excited about his job. I also like the fact that he not only got my hard drive out of my old laptop but also showed me that I could use my old hard drive as an external hard drive. Nobody has ever taken the time to do that for me, so I’m very grateful. Brandon even went the extra mile to show me the product I could get from Best Buy, where I could place it, how much it cost, what it was called, and where it was. He went the extra mile.

I’m thankful for these 3 employees; they care about their jobs, and because they care about their jobs, I care about coming back. You guys need to keep these guys on board and get more employees just like them.

Came in to fix my laptop. Lily (geek squad) was honest and realistic that it can be done, but the parts of my laptop were so old that the price of fixing it would be closer the getting a new one. I appreciate the honesty an that they gave me options, especially because there was some nostalgia with using the one I had.
Also when browsing the store, people here are so ready to help! Not only that, it sounds like they know what they are talking about. Giving different options or solutions seems to be part of the culture of this place.
I will definitely be coming back here when I’m looking to replace some old tech.

I don’t understand why I go to other states before my Best Buy needs and I’m sure treated like a valued customer but then when I come to Arizona I can’t get help for anything. It took a manager forcing the cell phone employee to sell me a $1,000 phone. And they wouldn’t help me set up the phone. I had to go around several Best BuyS and no one would help me. I paid $200 a year for this tech program and can’t get help in the state of Arizona. Customer service here absolutely sucks! I was born and raised here but it’s definitely not a place that I want to be anymore.
