What a great guy! We took a tablet to the store because it wouldn’t turn on or charge. He took a few minutes to plug it into his charger and it appeared that everything was working properly.

So the gentleman at the store offered to monitor it for a while while we shopped and did other errands. Turns out the error was on our end because the case was not allowing the charger to go all the way in.

Upon first opening the door the store was clean. Very clean! The floors were spotless and there was a very personal touch, an air freshener. A very, very, pleasant air freshener! Walking through to the desk there was an area for waiting that looked cozy and comfy with reading material on the coffee table.

The service provided was very attentive and the unusual…..honest. After diagnosing that the problem was on our end this gentleman refused to be paid for his time. “No harm, no foul” was what he stated when we asked if we could compensate him. Even an offer for us to buy him lunch was not accepted.

This is some of the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. I would highly recommend anyone with a problem to take it here!

AVOID. I called on Friday to see if they had a replacement screen from my pixel 7 Pro. They stated they could have one on Saturday, installed, for $300. I went back on Saturday. Waited about an hour for the phone to be complete. When they brought it back out the fingerprint scanner did not work. They stated with their non-oem screens there was a 50/50 chance that the fingerprint scanner would not work. I was never informed thus. I have no idea why they did not tell me this to begin with or when I dropped it off or before they started the repair. The worker claimed he was busy and forgot. The only solution they offered was to put my broken screen back on. I told him this would not work. However, they did not believe me put the broken screen back on and now the screen didn’t work at all. I was able to find an oem screen with the fingerprint scanner working for the same price as their $300 non-oem screen. They offer no resolution to help fix the problem. Don’t waste my time. I bring the phone to you to repair it, not to make it less functional than when I brought it in.

DON’T come here my phone is way worse then when i started Uriel is the biggest scammer and joke i’ve ever seen. His manager Alfredo is very unprofessional as well. I came in here, inquiring about how much it would cost to try to get the water out of my speakers, I proceeded to leave due to not knowing if I wanted to use this place he begged me to stay and stated multiple times I had nothing to lose, and I would not pay if it wasn’t fixed. So i agreed to let him try when i came in My phone made a muffled sound due to water damage and they told me if it wasn’t fixed they wouldn’t charge me he then proceeded to literally play a youtube video to no surprise it didn’t fix it then he still charged me and stated we could play the video again to see if that helped more. The only thing he offered to do was set my phone on the counter in front of me and play a youtube video of vibrations to “fix it” save your time take it to somewhere trustworthy
