Spencer helped me with my Dell computer – took care of my problem (paperclip hidden in computer by 3 year old) and suggested (no pressure) an upgrade of a hard disc which I agreed do. Fast and reasonable. Got my desktop back in a day, plugged it in and all works great with some nice new speed. Recommended.
Came out with a Wii U to discuss my options for getting it fixed and whatever. The guys were cool about it and I got answers so I knew what I needed to test before I give up on the system. Go check it out, very quick and helpful.
