Went for a replacement under warranty. Associate was rude. He messed up the application. It was crooked, fully being pressed on one side by my case, and with a clear piece of stringy dust under the screen. He claimed that the screen was the last he had and refused to replace it for me. Driving to another location for immediate replacement. Very frustrating.
Fast, efficient and pleasant. I went to have my screen replaced at a Zagg located within a mall. I went on a holiday weekend, so there was a lot of hustle and bustle. My experience at ZAGG was easy and stress-free. That’s saying a lot on a holiday weekend.
Sam was great. Replaced the Zagg glass on my iPhone in five minutes. Accepted my Zagg box and Verizon Store receipt. He also added me to his data base so I did not need to bring the paperwork next time, just the damaged Zagg glass.
